Einstein Higher Edu Solutions LLC (“Einstein Higher Edu Solutions,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) respects the privacy of our online customers and visitors to this website (www.einstein.consulting). This Online Privacy Statement explains what information we collect when you visit or otherwise interact with the Site, how we use it, and when we may share it. We Collect Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We Collect Information Automatically When You Access the Site

Einstein Higher Edu Solutions or our service providers use these features to collect non-personally identifiable information about you. This type of information may include (but is not limited to) your IP address and/or domain; the type and version of the Internet browser that you use; the date, time and duration of your visit to the Site, and the specific pages, buttons, images, videos or other Site content that you may access during your visit. This information may also include browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with an Internet website, application, or advertisement. These tools enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on and off the Site.

How We Share the Information We Collect

We use information collected from website visitors to improve the content and browsing experience of our website, to provide information regarding our products to you, and respond to you. This information is not sold or disclosed to non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes, however we may contact you with marketing offers. Einstein Higher Edu Solutions may disclose information collected from website visitors to: 

  • trusted services providers who work on our behalf, who do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in the privacy statement; 
  • alert you to new features, products, events, or services; 
  • make other marketing offers that we think may be of interest of you;

  • third parties in conjunction with a merger, acquisition or sale of Einstein Higher Edu Solutions. If You Access the Site from Outside the United States

If you reside outside of the United States, you understand and agree that any information you provide to us on the Site will be transferred from the country of your residence or location at the time it was provided to the United States.
